Our History

In March 2004 Pastor Mark Jackson accepted God’s call to plant a new purpose driven nondenominational church in the city of Corona. After much prayer and preparation The Bridge Church In Corona was incorporated on July 1, 2004 with 4 people.

On Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 7:00 pm we held our first small group meeting at Pastor Jackson’s house and had 9 people in attendance.

On Sunday morning August 15, 2004 we held our first worship service on the patio of the Jackson’s house and had fourteen people attend.

During these early months we had a high of 50 people in attendance at the Jackson's home.

On December 19, 2005 The Bridge had their first Preview worship service and invited the public to attend. This service was held at the Edwards/Regal Theater on Cajalco. Eighty people attended this service.

On Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005 The Bridge Church celebrated a grand opening with two services and 182 people present.
